I attended a YogaLoka commUNITY yoga class at GRACE Marketplace Saturday morning. GRACE Marketplace is a homeless shelter in west Gainesville. 

YogaLoka instructors began teaching classes at GRACE two years ago. The free classes are open to anyone in the community. They hold classes Monday through Friday from 10-11 a.m.

I loved participating in the class, connecting with myself, the homeless guests and the Gainesville community. I met Robert Robinson, who said he's been attending the classes for the past two years. Robinson said he loves to get in a workout while connecting spiritually and mentally.
